ORDERING
Online
When you see something you like, click the "order" button. Don't worry, you haven't actually ordered yet; your pre-selections have been placed into an online shopping cart until you're ready to check out. You can review the items in your cart by clicking the "show order" button. This will take you to a page where you can add or remove items from your cart at any time. When you've made your final selections, click on the "check out" button. Nothing will be billed to your account until you’ve completed the check out process.
For your convenience, we’ll ship your gift order directly to the recipient. Please note: if you would like to send multiple gifts to different addresses, you will need to submit a separate order for each address.

Gift Certificates
At the Home Electronic Ideas Store, we know that you're excited to get that gift to the recipient as quickly as possible. Some gift items, such as subscriptions, however, may not be delivered in time for the special day.
That's why we offer a "Gift Message" service. Just check off the Gift option on the order form and we will send them a message that something special is on its way from you. Don't worry, we won't tell them what it is...just that they can expect something soon.
Payment Options
We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged only on non-subscription orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts. Outside of Massachusetts -- no sales tax!
Changing or Canceling Your Order
Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately call our toll free number, 1-800-375-8015 to talk to a customer service representative (or leave a message if it's after business hours). If your order has already been processed, then it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. We will, however, do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
U.S. orders are shipped via DHL Standard Delivery (5-7 business days) or DHL Second Day (2 business days). International orders are shipped via USPS. Please call or e-mail us for more information.
A note on international shipments: All customs forms sent with the order will indicate that the package contains a gift. This should eliminate the need for the recipient to pay duty charges. However, we have no control over and accept no responsibility for any charges that are added on by customs officials in various countries.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with a DHL tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online at http://track.dhl-usa.com/trackbynbr.asp. In order to guarantee delivery (and receipt), all shipments require a signature. The online tracking will indicate the date and time the shipment was received, as well as the name of the person who signed for it.
